Terms and Conditions
Shipping costs are pre-determined on the weight of each product, the shipping materials, and the overall packing and handling time. All packages will be shipped via USPS priority unless otherwise specified. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. I do not ship internationally.
Local pick up is free, please select “LOCAL PICKUP (Philly)” at check out. My studio is located at Alter St Studios in South Philadelphia, please note it is not handicap accessible and I must be on site for you to pick up your order. Once you’ve placed your order, I will email you and we will schedule a day that works for both of us for you to pick up. I do not hand deliver orders.
All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it with detailed pictures attached. Refunds are given at my discretion.
Ceramics are food safe, microwave, and dishwasher safe, however, they are all handmade and fragile. Hand washing is recommended.
Risograph prints are printed with soy-based ink and should be kept out of direct sunlight to preserve their vibrant colors.
